We got into ice cream many years ago when we bought a used US army surplus ice cream machine to make small batches. Our ice cream got so popular that we decided to make it into a
business. Over the years, we've made a lot of ice cream and learned a lot about trying to make the perfect ice cream.

In 2000, we started the Big Scoop line. We've improved on our original recipes and have come up with what some might say is some of the best ice cream there is. Big Scoop is now served in so many restaurants, stores, and hotels that you might have had our ice cream and not know it.
